ICE CREAM SCOOPERS

Be the face of Tom's Palette! Our scoopers are friendly and knowledgeable, and help out with serving ice cream, preparing waffles and beverages, and basic cashiering duties.

Our kitchen team make up the backbone of Tom's Palette. They create ice cream custards from scratch, churn and batch freeze the ice cream, and prepare our mix-ins and sauces.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need any experience?
While experience in the F&B industry is preferred, it is not required. Working at Tom's Palette was the first job for many of us, and as long as you're willing to learn, we'll be happy to have you.

What are the working hours like?
We ask that our part timers commit to a minimum of 48 hours a month, and our full timers up to 48 hours a week. Our schedules are flexible and you can work as little 4 hours a day or as many as 12 hours, as long as you help out with either our opening or closing shifts.

Is there a minimum length of commitment?
We do a lot of product training with our team members, so a commitment of at least 6 months is required. Many of us have enjoyed our time here so much, we've stayed on for years!

How much do you guys pay?

Our part timers start out earning $10 per hour.
